Darren Huston has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 1, 2014. Mr. Huston is also Chief Executive Officer of Booking.com B.V. (Netherlands), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and the number one online hotel reservation service in the world, a position he has held since September 2011. Mr. Huston is responsible for overseeing the Company’s global businesses, including inter-brand relations, distribution and geographic expansion. Prior to joining Booking.com, Mr. Huston served as Corporate Vice President of global consumer and online at Microsoft Corporation from 2008, where he led Microsoft’s Consumer & Online business, including their global ad sales team, for three years, following his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Japan from 2005. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, he was Senior Vice President at Starbucks Corporation, where he was responsible for acquisitions and new product development. Mr. Huston served as a member of the Board of Directors of DeVry Education Group Inc., a global provider of educational services, from November 2009 to July 2014, and was a member of the Compensation Committee.
Daniel J. Finnegan is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Finnegan has been Chief Financial Officer since January 2009. Mr. Finnegan was the Company's Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from October 2005 to January 2009. Mr. Finnegan joined the Company in April 2004 as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Finnegan served as Chief Financial Officer for CS Technology, Inc., a consulting company, from October 2000 to April 2004.
Glenn D. Fogel is the Company’s Head of Worldwide Strategy and Planning, an office he has held since November 2010. He is also Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, a position he has held since March 1, 2009, and is responsible for the Company’s worldwide mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. Mr. Fogel joined the Company in February 2000. Prior to joining the Company, he was a trader at a global asset management firm and prior to that was an investment banker specializing in the air transportation industry. Mr. Fogel is a member of the New York State Bar (retired).
Maelle Gavet serves as The Priceline Group’s Executive Vice President of Global Operations, responsible for driving global operational strategy and connections across The Priceline Group and its six major brands, working alongside The Priceline Group leadership team and the company CEOs. Prior to joining The Priceline Group, Gavet served as the CEO of OZON, Russia's leading e-commerce business. Before that, she was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, working in France, the UK, South Africa and India.
Peter J. Millones is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Millones has been the Company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since January 2001. He previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of the Company from March 2000 to January 2001. From 2003 to 2013, Mr. Millones was responsible for the Company’s U.S. human resources department, and he now helps coordinate global human resource issues for the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Millones was with the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP.

Gillian Tans is Booking.com’s President and Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the global, Netherlands-based business. Under her leadership, Booking.com has advanced its operations and sales across more than 193 countries. Gillian joined Booking.com in 2002, when the company had just a small base in Amsterdam. Before joining Booking.com, Gillian spent four years with the international Golden Tulip Worldwide hotel group, where she served as Product Manager, Marketing Manager and Director of Sales. She also worked for the Intercontinental Hotel Group and with a number of independent hotels. Gillian began her career at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts in Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the hotel management school in Middelburg, in the Netherlands.
Paul J. Hennessy is Chief Executive Officer of priceline.com. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Booking.com, a Priceline Group brand, from April 2011 to March 2015. Prior to his work at Booking.com, Paul held a number of senior positions at priceline.com between 2000 and 2011, including Chief Distribution Officer maintaining responsibility for all aspects of online marketing, distribution and advertising sales in the United States.
Steve Hafner is the co-founder and CEO of KAYAK. His responsibilities include establishing the vision and direction for the company, building a world-class team, and guiding the development of KAYAK. A seasoned executive, Mr. Hafner brings extensive knowledge of marketing, e-commerce and online travel to his position at KAYAK. Mr. Hafner helped found Orbitz Inc., the online travel agency site, in November 1999. As a member of the original start-up team, he helped develop and implement the company's business strategy.
Robert Rosenstein is a co-founder of Agoda Company and has been its Chief Executive Officer since November 15, 2010. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Rosenstein served as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Agoda, Rob was an active investor in Internet start-ups and has held various positions in e-commerce and online media enterprises. Mr. Rosenstein is a native of New York City, and received a BA from Hamilton College in 1989.
Ian Brown is rentalcars.com’s Chief Executive Officer. He joined rentalcars.com in May 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to rentalcars.com, Ian was a partner at Oliver Wyman Consulting where he led the Travel & Leisure and Commercial Effectiveness practices. Ian is based in the UK and holds an MEng in Engineering, Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
Matthew Roberts is CEO of OpenTable. Mr. Roberts joined the Priceline Group upon the acquisition of OpenTable in 2014. Prior to OpenTable, Mr. Roberts served for more than four years as Chief Financial Officer of E-LOAN, where he led the infrastructure development to support its successful transition into a public company, overseeing the company’s finance, accounting, legal and regulatory compliance departments. Previously, Mr. Roberts served as Corporate Controller for NetDynamics, an enterprise software company, and held a General Manager position with Berkeley Systems, a consumer entertainment software company. Matt serves on the Board of Directors of Quantcast and Xoom. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
