Darren Huston has been President & CEO of The Priceline Group since January 1, 2014. Mr. Huston is also Chief Executive Officer of Booking.com B.V. (Netherlands), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Priceline Group and the number one online hotel reservation service in the world, a position he has held since September 2011. Huston is responsible for overseeing the Group's global businesses, including inter-brand relations, distribution and geographic expansion. Before Booking.com, Huston was Corporate VP of Global consumer and online at Microsoft from 2008, where he led Microsoft's Consumer & Online business including their global ad sales team for three years, following his role as President & CEO of Mircosoft Japan from 2005. Prior to this he was Senior Vice President at Starbucks Corporation, where he was responsible for acquisitions and new product development. Darren holds a Masters in Economics from the University of British Columbia and an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard University. He and his family reside in the Netherlands.
Daniel J. Finnegan is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of The Priceline Group. Mr. Finnegan has been Chief Financial Officer since January 2009. Mr. Finnegan was the Company's Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from October 2005 to January 2009. Mr. Finnegan joined priceline.com in April 2004 as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Priceline, Mr. Finnegan served as Chief Financial Officer for CS Technology, Inc., a consulting company, from October 2000 to April 2004.
Glenn D. Fogel is The Priceline Group's Head of Worldwide Strategy and Planning. He is also Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, and is responsible for the company's worldwide mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. He joined Priceline in February 2000. Prior to joining Priceline, he was a trader at a global asset management firm and prior to that was an investment banker specializing in the air transportation industry. Mr. Fogel is a member of the New York State Bar (retired).
Peter J. Millones, Jr. is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The Priceline Group. Mr. Millones has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Priceline since January 2001. He previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Priceline from March 2000 to January 2001. From 2003 until 2013, Mr. Millones was responsible for priceline.com's U.S. human resources department. Prior to joining Priceline, Mr. Millones was with the law firm of Latham & Watkins.

Gillian Tans is Booking.com’s President and Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the global, Netherlands-based business. Under her leadership, Booking.com has advanced its operations and sales across more than 193 countries. Gillian joined Booking.com in 2002, when the company had just a small base in Amsterdam. Before joining Booking.com, Gillian spent four years with the international Golden Tulip Worldwide hotel group, where she served as Product Manager, Marketing Manager and Director of Sales. She also worked for the Intercontinental Hotel Group and with a number of independent hotels. Gillian began her career at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts in Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the hotel management school in Middelburg, in the Netherlands.
Christopher L. Soder has been Chief Executive Officer of priceline.com since June 2011. Chris was President, North American Travel from February 2007 to June 2011. Mr. Soder was Executive Vice President, Travel Services from March 2005 to February 2007 and had been Executive Vice President, Lodging and Vacation Products from July 2002 to March 2005. From February 2000 to July 2002, Mr. Soder was President of priceline.com’s hotel service. Prior to joining priceline.com, Mr. Soder was Western Region Vice President, Business Markets, for AT&T.
Steve Hafner is the co-founder and CEO of KAYAK. His responsibilities include establishing the vision and direction for the company, building a world-class team, and guiding the development of KAYAK. A seasoned executive, Mr. Hafner brings extensive knowledge of marketing, e-commerce and online travel to his position at KAYAK. Mr. Hafner helped found Orbitz Inc., the online travel agency site, in November 1999. As a member of the original start-up team, he helped develop and implement the company's business strategy.
Robert Rosenstein is a co-founder of Agoda Company and has been its Chief Executive Officer since November 15, 2010. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Rosenstein served as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Agoda, Rob was an active investor in Internet start-ups and has held various positions in e-commerce and online media enterprises. Mr. Rosenstein is a native of New York City, and received a BA from Hamilton College in 1989.
Ian Brown is rentalcars.com’s Chief Executive Officer. He joined rentalcars.com in May 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to rentalcars.com, Ian was a partner at Oliver Wyman Consulting where he led the Travel & Leisure and Commercial Effectiveness practices. Ian is based in the UK and holds an MEng in Engineering, Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
Matthew Roberts is CEO of OpenTable. Mr. Roberts joined the Priceline Group upon the acquisition of OpenTable in 2014. Prior to OpenTable, Mr. Roberts served for more than four years as Chief Financial Officer of E-LOAN, where he led the infrastructure development to support its successful transition into a public company, overseeing the company’s finance, accounting, legal and regulatory compliance departments. Previously, Mr. Roberts served as Corporate Controller for NetDynamics, an enterprise software company, and held a General Manager position with Berkeley Systems, a consumer entertainment software company. Matt serves on the Board of Directors of Quantcast and Xoom. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
