Darren Huston has been President & CEO of The Priceline Group since January 1, 2014.  Mr. Huston is also Chief Executive Officer of Booking.com B.V. (Netherlands), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Priceline Group and the number one online hotel reservation service in the world, a position he has held since September 2011.   Mr. Huston came to the Group from Microsoft Corporation, where he served as Corporate Vice President, Consumer & Online from 2008 and President & CEO of Microsoft Japan from 2005. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, Mr. Huston was Senior Vice President at Starbucks Corporation, responsible for acquisitions and new product development. Mr. Huston holds a Masters in Economics from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Daniel J. Finnegan is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of The Priceline Group. Mr. Finnegan has been Chief Financial Officer since January 2009. Mr. Finnegan was the Company's Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from October 2005 to January 2009. Mr. Finnegan joined priceline.com in April 2004 as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Priceline, Mr. Finnegan served as Chief Financial Officer for CS Technology, Inc., a consulting company, from October 2000 to April 2004.

Glenn D. Fogel is The Priceline Group's Head of Worldwide Strategy and Planning. He is also Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, and is responsible for the company's worldwide mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. He joined Priceline in February 2000. Prior to joining Priceline, he was a trader at a global asset management firm and prior to that was an investment banker specializing in the air transportation industry. Mr. Fogel is a member of the New York State Bar (retired).

Peter J. Millones, Jr. is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The Priceline Group. Mr. Millones has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Priceline since January 2001. He previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Priceline from March 2000 to January 2001. From 2003 until 2013, Mr. Millones was responsible for priceline.com's U.S. human resources department. Prior to joining Priceline, Mr. Millones was with the law firm of Latham & Watkins.

Gillian Tans is Booking.com’s Chief Operating Officer since September 2011. Gillian Tans is responsible for leading Booking.com’s Global Sales, Operations, IT, Content and Customer Care departments. The Managing Directors of the various regions also report to her. She is a key member of the leadership team, and under her leadership, Booking.com has advanced its operations and sales across more than 193 countries.  Gillian joined Booking.com in 2002, when the company had just a small base in Amsterdam. Over the past 11 years, she has expanded the company to some 6,500 people who serve Booking.com’s global customers and accommodation partners.  Before joining Booking.com, Gillian spent four years with the international Golden Tulip Worldwide hotel group, where she served as Product Manager, Marketing Manager and Director of Sales. She also worked for the Intercontinental Hotel Group and with a number of independent hotels.  Gillian began her career at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts in Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the hotel management school in Middelburg, in the Netherlands.

Christopher L. Soder has been Chief Executive Officer of priceline.com since June 2011. Chris was President, North American Travel from February 2007 to June 2011. Mr. Soder was Executive Vice President, Travel Services from March 2005 to February 2007 and had been Executive Vice President, Lodging and Vacation Products from July 2002 to March 2005. From February 2000 to July 2002, Mr. Soder was President of priceline.com’s hotel service. Prior to joining priceline.com, Mr. Soder was Western Region Vice President, Business Markets, for AT&T.

Robert Rosenstein is a co-founder of Agoda Company and has been its Chief Executive Officer since November 15, 2010. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Rosenstein served as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Agoda, Rob was an active investor in Internet start-ups and has held various positions in e-commerce and online media enterprises. Mr. Rosenstein is a native of New York City, and received a BA from Hamilton College in 1989.

Greg Wills is CEO of rentalcars.com.  Mr. Wills joined the Priceline Group upon the acquisition of Traveljigsaw in 2010.  Prior to Traveljigsaw, Mr. Wills held numerous roles within Airtours PLC, including Commercial Director at FTI Munich and Senior Vice President at Auto Europe North America.

Steve Hafner is the co-founder and CEO of KAYAK. His responsibilities include establishing the vision and direction for the company, building a world-class team, and guiding the development of KAYAK. A seasoned executive, Mr. Hafner brings extensive knowledge of marketing, e-commerce and online travel to his position at KAYAK. Mr. Hafner helped found Orbitz Inc., the online travel agency site, in November 1999. As a member of the original start-up team, he helped develop and implement the company's business strategy.
